Shopping Links
Why not get paid or get a discount for doing what you already do?  I have found a few places that
allow you to get a little cash back for each purchase or some that let you earn points for gift
cards.
Smart shopping is not buying something to get a perk but getting perks for things you already
buy.  I go into detail at the bottom of this page on how you can use them to your advantage. These
are sites I personally have tested and use.

First, I would like to give you a list of places that are beneficial and cost saving,  if I can find I link I
have included it for your convenience.  If you find any others let me know

Ebates is a site that collects your discounts on your online purchases and sends you a check every
3 months for the discounts you earn over $5.  There are sites that also offer rebates but they have a
$40-$50 minimum and charge you a fee to send the check.  Ebates automatically sends a check
every quarter and I have received them and it is nice to get a check that you weren't expecting. I put
mine in my Paypal account and it earns over 5% and I can use it for online purchases as well. You
have the option on the site to have your money directly deposited into your Paypal account , I really
like how this has worked out.

Simply click on the link below and sign up and they even start you off with $5 in your account.  You
can even download the tracking software that automatically tracks your purchases.

                                                                      MyPoints

MyPoints is a site that pays you points for emails and also for buying through the shopping
links in their website.  I will explain the reason below but first..........

I have checked out the other get paid for emails and here is what I found out and why I think
these are just clever scams

  • InboxDollars.com  does pay you a few cents for the emails they send you but you must
click into the email and then click again to confirm that you read the email.  So they
make you double click for a few pennies.  The problem is that the emails are just for
other shady offers.  You basically get a few cents that would take you forever to actually
get any money and are constantly sent spam email.
  • SendEarnings.com is basically the same site and they are owned by the same
company along with Inboxfreebies.com.  Cotterweb Enterprises is the parent company
and you have to ask yourself why they have the identical sites by the same company?
SendEarnings will allow you to purchase $10 in banner impression from them or
perhaps purchase a "Gold Membership" for $29.95 which gets you more promises but
no guarantees.  You can get a check once you reach $40 but they charge you $3 to
process the check, so you basically click through 100 more emails at .03 a piece for
free and with the double click that is 200 clicks.
  • Both of these scams are really about referrals.  Why else would they pay you pennies
for an email and $5 per referral.  The reason for this is that the emails they send out
are really spam and the best way to get spam and scammed is to get people to
recommend their friends and get them to agree to receive them.

Now for the reason I use MyPoints

  • You get points for clicking into emails and receive 5 points per email with only one click
  • You can really get a head start on points by filling out the profiles as this will determine
what offers you receive I recommend filling them all out and you receive 60 points for
    filling them out.
  • All of the e-mails you receive are from reputable companies that you have heard of like
Target, Home Depot and Office Depot to name a few.
  • You get points for making online purchases through their site which can really add up
and this is an example of how you get paid for buying things you already were going to
buy anyway, plus you get the best coupon and savings offers which is just smart to do
    anyway.
  • One of the real nice additions in the last months is the inclusion of Ebay to their
collection.  You get 2 points for every dollar you spend on Ebay,  no other site does this.
  • It allows you search across all the merchants for specific items which saves time
  • I really like Overstock.com and you get 10 points for every dollar you spend.  I included
    a link to the left
  • Once you reach a certain point level you can turn them in for gift cards to the same
merchants you buy from anyway and they don't charge to send them to you.
  • The gift cards are for dollar amounts not the "spend $75 and get $25 off false gift
    certificates.
  • I have received many gift cards and the Ebay offer has really skyrocketed our points
  • I have been a member since 1998 and they have been a great source of ideas as well.

Ebay:  If you haven't heard of Ebay welcome to earth.  I found a link to free shipping
and also look at the MyPoints to get more for your buys.  If you buy anything on Ebay you should
join BigCrumbs as it is free to join and you get a rebate on sellers fees no matter what you buy,
if
you refer a friend you get a crumb there too,  crumbs add up.
,  Plus other retailers like Target
and others are in there,   sign up to be a crumb earner and encourage others to as well, that way
you can get a rebate on their sales as well.
Nice way to shop and earn.
